Cream tteokbokki
I prepared cream tteokbokki for the weekend. I was thinking about doing cream pasta, but I added garaetteok this time. It's a taste that goes well with pasta or rice cake. Rice cake splashes in soft and savory sauce. This is very popular.

    5ea
  • Milk

  • whipped cream
    1cup
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • basil
  • Red Pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Take off the sticks and soak them in water
STEP 2/6
Cut the ingredients into shapes.
STEP 3/6
Put olive oil on the pan and stir-fry garlic, onion, and bacon
STEP 4/6
Add whipped cream and milk, add salt, pepper, basil, and red pepper, and bring to a boil slightly.
STEP 5/6
Add the drained rice cake and boil it over medium heat.
STEP 6/6
Cream tteokbokki is done. There's plenty of sauce. Rice cakes are bland and don't soak into the sauce, so if you scoop them with the sauce, it will taste better. You can dip it in baked bread. It's been a while since they made it for me, so I'm going to put pasta in the wall and make it one more time.
