Making Vietnamese spring rolls. Pork belly version

  • rice paper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
You can add any vegetables you want
I think I wrote everything here except paprika

Please chop all vegetables~
It's important to cut it thin
Slice it as thin as possible
I don't cut perilla leaves but cut them in half

And pork belly is thin because it's a plane
Bake in herb salt and drain oil
Rice paper should be in warm water, so please prepare water as well

Soak the rice paper in water
Soften the stiff paper
That way, I'll dry it well, right??
The tip is that the soaked rice paper gets soft quickly, so even if it's not soft in the water, it gets soft while putting vegetables on the plate, so you have to take it out and put it on the plate right away

And you can wrap it up with pork belly or crab meat
