STEP 1/10
First, soak the dried pollack in water for about 10 minutes.(Don't throw away this water after you scoop up the dried pollack.)
STEP 2/10
Then, after 10 minutes, I cut it into small pieces or cut it into a pot and stir-fry it with a spoon of sesame oil. Well, a savory smell
STEP 3/10
The first tip of the Jongwon Baek dried pollack soup recipe! It's dried pollack and rice water. Don't throw away the water after dipping the dried pollack into it and put it in here. And I don't mind putting rice in water if there's no rice floating water, but I had to do rice just in time, so I washed the rice quickly and added rice floating water.
STEP 5/10
1 spoon of minced garlic
STEP 6/10
2 spoons of soy sauce
STEP 7/10
I put half a spoonful of salted shrimp and boiled it. Second tip of the recipe for white Jongwon Baek dried pollack soup. It's salted shrimp. You don't season it with salt, but you do it with salted shrimp to some extent, and the rest of the seasoning you need is salt or add more salted shrimp.
STEP 8/10
It would be great if you put tofu in it, but unfortunately, we didn't have tofu, so we only put eggs in it. Beat in the egg and pour it around
STEP 9/10
Don't stir it and leave it as it is so that the soup doesn't get murky
STEP 10/10
Lastly, add the green onion and boil it again. I think the color is weirdly murky, but it's still a delicious dried pollack soup. Rice water definitely tastes deeper than just water. It's delicious enough like this, but savory dried pollack soup would have been more delicious if it had tofu in it. If you want it to be spicy, it'd be nice if you cut Cheongyang red pepper into pieces, right? I recommend hangover soup the next day after drinking.
