Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I chopped the onion and jalapeno. If you feel uncomfortable with the spicy taste of onions, you can soak them in cold water to remove the spicy taste, but I just used them because I was lazy. If you're an adult, you can just use it. Add pickles instead of jalapeno if you want to give them to children. Pickle that you get when you deliver pizza. Don't throw it away. You can use it like this.
STEP 2/8
When you make tuna mayo rice balls or salmon mayo rice balls, make sure to remove the canned oil. Add the de-oiled salmon, mayonnaise, pepper, chopped onion, and chopped jalapeno and mix them well.
STEP 3/8
It can be sifted, but in my experience, you can remove the oil by opening the can lid and pressing it in to remove oil.
STEP 4/8
Spread the rice and put the salmon mayo in the middle.. Please make a circle.
STEP 5/8
You can make it like a dumpling.
STEP 6/8
And hit it gently on a flat cutting board and make it into a triangle shape.
STEP 7/8
Please wrap it with seaweed. It's like you're putting on a diaper
STEP 8/8
If you put seaweed on the white part, it's done
