STEP 1/8
Trim the spinach and wash it lightly
Place in boiling water with salt
Parboil it for 30 seconds

Rinse several times in cold water and drain

Cut it to make it easy to grind

Stir-fry pine nuts so that they don't to burn
Besides pine nuts, I like any kind of course

Add stir-fried pine nuts, sliced garlic, and 1/3 of the olive oil and grind in a blender

Add spinach and 1/3 olive oil
Please grind it together

Add parmesan cheese powder and salt + pepper
Mix it well. It's better to make it a little more simple

Put spinach pesto in a sterilized glass bottle
Pour 1/3 of the remaining olive oil over it
Please keep it refrigerated
If you keep it for more than a month
Please put it in a freezer and store it in a freezer
Pesto is usually made from raw vegetables
If you parboil it, the color doesn't change over time
It's also better for storage
Especially when you eat spinach raw, the seafood in spinach
It's supposed to be blanched to make stones
It's better to blanch it. (Of course, you can eat a little bit of spinach.)
You don't have to worry because you won't get absences;;)
