I prepared 2 handfuls of lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 2 baked eggs (or boiled eggs), and 1/8 onions with only small leaves left inside

Eggs, tomatoes, and lettuce are thick, so cut them and mix them evenly in a bowl.

Chop the onions finely and put them in a bowl and mix them evenly with 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/4 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and a little parsley powder

Put the eggs, tomatoes, and lettuce mixed evenly in a bowl and mix well with the sauce evenly on top and scoop with a spoon. It's good for a diet meal like this or for children's snacks in between morning.
