My kids love raw beef so much that they don't even know what to eat at a restaurant. I like it so much. Since I was young, I couldn't show you raw meat because he said he'd just eat it.

I prepared sesame seeds, dark soy sauce, egg yolk, plum, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sugar.

I put 1 spoon of sesame oil and 1+1/2 of sugar and marinated it.

I prepared 250g of raw beef. I put the seasoning on top of it.
Take the minced garlic. Our youngest told me not to, so I couldn't.

Place egg yolk on top of seasoned yukhoe.

Cut the pears and put them on top.

If you mix it like this, the yummy yukhoe is done.
You just have to enjoy it. It was really delicious raw beef.
