Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the tenderloin into large pieces and sprinkle salt and pepper.
STEP 2/6
Cook the outside of the beef tenderloin until golden and take it out in a bowl.
STEP 3/6
Bake garlic in an oiled pan until golden.
STEP 4/6
When the garlic scent comes up, add onions, cheongyang peppers, and button mushrooms and stir-fry them together.
STEP 5/6
Make sauce with milk, whipped cream, parmesan cheese powder and gorgonzola cheese.
STEP 6/6
When the sauce boils, add noodles and meat, season with salt and pepper, and boil down.
If you don't like Gorgonzola's unique scent, you can take it out!
