STEP 1/13
Cut 5 potatoes into medium sized pieces with fillers. There are four in the picture, but I used five^^;;

Cut potatoes into pieces to make them cook quickly when boiling.

Put enough water in a pot to soak the potatoes and boil it with a spoonful of salt. It'll be done in 10 minutes on high heat.

While potatoes are cooked, chop onions and carrots and prepare them.. Chop the sweet corn roughly.

Cream cheese is also prepared in plain taste, and it is softened by leaving it at room temperature.

Transfer the soft well-boiled potatoes to a bowl and mash them right away when they are hot.

After mashing the potatoes, put in cream cheese right away

Mix the potatoes and cream cheese well together. (The cream cheese melts in the potato heat)

Lastly, add the chopped onions, carrots, sweet corn, and 1 spoon of mustard sauce

Mix all the ingredients so that they blend well.

Shape it with a spoon and place it neatly on a plate to complete the cream cheese potato salad!!
Cream cheese instead of mayonnaise!!
If you're not going to add mustard sauce, add a little salt.
