How to make egg in hell
Egg in Hell is already a popular menu on Instagram, and my daughter sent me pictures and recipes one day through Kakao Talk. I was trying to make it look great and simple, but a few weeks ago, I learned the recipe by writing, "What should I eat today?" and I thought I should learn it again with my eyes, but I stopped what I was doing and sat in front of the TV. Cheongyang red pepper, which was not in my daughter's recipe, was included in today's menu, but when I made it and tasted it, Cheongyang red pepper was a great move. The name is scary, but I think it would be good to experience the taste of hell if it's a hellfire like this.

Ingredients
  • Garlic
  • onion
  • Paprika
  • mushroom
  • Vienna sausage
  • Bacon
  • cherry tomato
  • basil
  • egg
  • Tomato pasta sauce
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • Cheese
  • Butter
  • Cheongyang red pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
You can use various ingredients in the refrigerator, but personally, I think it would be good if you put sausage, tomatoes, basil leaves, and cheongyang peppers. I used Vienna for sausage and I liked the unique texture. Tomatoes feel like the taste of the sauce is getting richer, and basil leaves' scent plays a part in the taste. Cheongyang red pepper has a clean aftertaste and makes you want to eat it. Please prepare all the ingredients by cutting them into appropriate sizes.
STEP 2/7
Stir-fry garlic in a pan covered with oil (butter), and when it smells, add onions and sprinkle salt and pepper to stir-fry.
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry bacon, sausage, and mushrooms, then add paprika and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 4/7
Add tomato sauce and adjust the concentration with milk or whipped cream. In my case, 2 cups of tomato sauce and 1/2 cup of milk.
STEP 5/7
Add hot pepper and boil.
STEP 6/7
Place the eggs on top and sprinkle with cheese to taste, cover and cook the eggs.
STEP 7/7
Finish with basil leaves. I like soft-boiled eggs. And use a pan-sized container as low as a pan because deep pots can be difficult to express eggs in hell. Egg in Hell is good for you to grill baguette and bread. I'm going to add pasta next time. I think the pungent aftertaste with Cheongyang red pepper is more suitable for our taste. If I popped the egg yolk and put it on top of the bread with tomato sauce, there wouldn't be any bread left. I dare you to prepare a bag of bread or baguette for the upcoming weekend and experience hell with egg in hell.
