Cut the meat into bite-size pieces

Soak in cold water for about an hour to remove the blood.
It's good to remove the blood by changing the water 1-2 times in between!

Put the back ribs in a large pot and add water
Then add 1 spoon of soybean paste and 1 spoon of mirin to remove the meat smell.

After mixing the soybean paste well, add 1 onion and bay leaf and start boiling over medium heat for 1 hour.
As it boils, the meat cooks and the miscellaneous smell disappears.

Ta-da! After boiling it in the middle for an hour, the water got cut in half!
Then let's take out the back ribs!

Remove the ribs, wash them clean with cold water, and drain.
And now we start to season it with salt.

Dried back ribs, 1 spoonful of cooking wine

Add 1 spoon of seasoning salt (15ml)

Mix it well! Make sure the seasoning is cut evenly here and there.

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and bake for 10 to 13 minutes
The tip is to drain the blood well and boil it so that it doesn't smell bad!
