STEP 1/6
Finely chop the raw shrimp. Chop the onion, green onion, and garlic finely. Soak the lettuce in cold water beforehand
Remove and drain 10 minutes before making.
STEP 2/6
Add shrimp and chopped vegetables to minced beef and mix well with soy sauce, sugar, and pepper sesame oil.
STEP 3/6
Please make tartar sauce. Finely chop the onion and finely chop the cucumber pickle. Put mayonnaise in a bowl, add chopped vegetables and mix well. Sprinkle lightly with lemon juice, white wine, pepper and salt and mix well.
STEP 4/6
The well-mixed patty is about 100g, slightly larger than hamburger bread, 1cm high, and cook in a frying pan with plenty of oil before and after. (Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.)
STEP 5/6
Because of its thickness, the insides are not cooked, so put them in a preheated oven and cook for about 10 minutes. When you take it out and poke it with chopsticks or something, if the blood comes out, it's still undercooked, so cook it a little more.
(If you don't have an oven, lower the heat to low in the frying pan, cover with a lid or cover, and cook to the core.)
STEP 6/6
Prepare the hamburger bread by baking it lightly in the frying pan so that the moisture disappears.
Spread butter on bread, place lettuce, baked patties, tomato slices, tartar sauce, and cover with remaining bread.
*It's even better to slice and garnish with tomatoes.
* Fresh thyme (hub) in tartar sauce makes it taste better.
* It's better to cook the burger buns slightly.
