Gently whisk butter at room temperature

Squeeze into appropriate size in cookie pan Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes

Prepare chocolate and pistachio as decorative ingredients

Cover the chocolate with half a cookie

Sprinkle pistachio on top and you're done!!
If the dough is too thick, add a small amount of milk
