STEP 1/13
Prepare enough to eat the green onions.
I trimmed the 5 roots of green onions I planted on the veranda first.
STEP 2/13
I cut the green onion salad.
STEP 3/13
I'm going to roughly cut the spring onions that are left
STEP 4/13
I added 1 1/2 spoon of soy sauce and 1/2 spoon of fish sauce. There are times when I only use fish sauce. Add only 1 spoon of fish sauce.
My kids say that it's good to only put fish sauce in it's good.
STEP 5/13
Plums and onion juice are all good
STEP 6/13
Add red pepper powder
STEP 7/13
Add half a spoon of red pepper powder and this much sugar.
STEP 8/13
Just this much sesame oil.
STEP 9/13
Mix until your breath dies. If you put in the sesame seeds, the scallions are done.
STEP 10/13
Wow, with a plate of seasoned scallions
STEP 11/13
Grilled pork belly
STEP 12/13
I put meat in a wrap and seasoned scallions. Good!!
STEP 13/13
You can just set up a table. It's the best if you eat it with perilla leaves soaked in garlic and pickled peppers last fall.
Add vinegar and boil sweet and sour bean sprouts and season with green onion salad or leek. My house is different from time to time. I purposely don't take pictures of things that I don't have. [If you mix sweet and sour scallions, match them according to the amount (sugar and apple vinegar 1:1) (sweet = sugar 1+1/2+ vinegar 1) (sweet = vinegar 1+1/2+ sugar 1)] It's the ratio to make it delicious.
