STEP 1/6
Put water, flour, and salt in a bowl and knead them.
You can use flour or frying powder instead of pancake mix.
STEP 2/6
Make the dough, please.
STEP 3/6
Shred the potatoes, soak them in water until starch is drained, and drain.
STEP 4/6
In a bowl of dough, wash the starch and mix the drained potatoes.
STEP 5/6
I don't have olive oil, so I used cooking oil... I heard cooking oil is more crispy for jeon and tempura.
Heat the pan, add the oil, drop the dough, and when it's cooked, add a little bit and bake. I didn't have a ladle or flip anything, so I made it with a children's Pororo fork and spoon.
STEP 6/6
When it's done, it's done.
Grind or shred onions or potatoes and add them together to make it sweeter and tastier.
It was made in 2014 and ate it.. After that, a Jongwon Baek chef presented a recipe with a delicious recipe for potato pancakes! The thinner the potato is, the more crispy it tastes.
