I put braised saury on a plate. The sauce looks rich, but the amount is not that much, so I returned the plate so that the sauce spread all over the place. As you can see from the color, it tastes spicy. The sauce in the saury doesn't get soggy, so cut it into bite-size pieces and dip it in sauce, and it will taste good. We ate freshly-made rice with braised saury and grilled laver without seasoning. It's spicy, but it's savory and light, so it's very delicious. When I'm worried about side dishes, I'd like to have braised saury that can be made into super simple.
