STEP 1/4
Cut the ciabatta in half, scoop out the filling of the bottom bread, place it in an ungreased pan, and bake it slightly back and forth.
You don't have to be fooled because the top will be covered later.
STEP 2/4
Slice onions thinly and stir-fry enough in olive oil. Seasoned with salt and pepper
It's delicious even if you boil it with balsamic vinegar, but I don't have it, so pass..
