Ingredients
  • Lime
    2kg
  • Sugar
    1.5kg
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare a raw lime
Sprinkle baking soda and wash it off
STEP 2/8
Put on gloves and rub the washed lime with a thick salt
STEP 3/8
I rubbed it hard and the salt color changed
STEP 4/8
Rinse the lime with salt and soak it in vinegar water for about 20 minutes
Take it out, rinse it clean, and dry it

Slice the lime that's dry
Cut the tail like a lemon

Put the same amount of lime:sugar in a sterilized bottle
STEP 7/8
I use a small glass bottle, if I can, because every time I open it, I'm afraid it's Shake frequently at room temperature until sugar dissolves

After the sugar melts, I eat it at least a month after refrigeration
Lime syrup + ice + sparkling water + rum + apple mint. I make mojito
When I eat mojito Soju instead of rum You can use perilla leaves instead of apple mint
