Making beef nasi goreng at home
The fried rice that has been recognized all over the world is Nasi Goreng from Indonesia. Nasi means rice, and goreng means stir-fried rice, which is fried rice. Of course, Indonesian nasi goreng seems to have a unique sauce, and there are even people who love the taste so much that they buy nasi goreng sauce. I made nasi goreng with ingredients available at home, and it tasted much better than nasi goreng sold in Korea. There are a lot of ingredients.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
You can use the vegetables at home for the fried rice ingredients. Personally, green onions are popular these days. I think it tastes much better if you use green onions than onions.
STEP 2/11
I chopped the vegetables into big pieces.
STEP 3/11
And you need this small dried red pepper. Of course, you can use Cheongyang red pepper, but the small one is a little different from the clean aftertaste of red pepper. Italian cuisine also uses peperoncino like this, so it will be very useful if you buy it. You can use it by breaking it with your hands and frying it in oil.
STEP 4/11
Cold rice is better than hot rice when cooking fried rice. However, it is better to put the hardened rice in the refrigerator in the microwave and soften it before using it without crushing the rice grains. Bean sprouts are the basic ingredients for Southeast Asian cuisine. They also prepared beef. It's delicious if you add seafood such as shrimp instead of beef. Add scrambled eggs to make the nasi goreng softer if possible. When making scrambled eggs, add a little salt and milk and beat well.
STEP 5/11
Beat in eggs, milk, and salt, oil a heated pan, add beaten eggs, and stir using wooden chopsticks. You need to put scrambled eggs in a heated pan and lift the pan when it is slightly undercooked and cook it over residual heat to taste the soft scrambled eggs. Please put the scrambled eggs on another plate.
STEP 6/11
I put pepper oil in a heated pan, crushed small dried peppers, crushed garlic, and stir-fried them until the flavor comes up.
STEP 7/11
I'll add the beef
STEP 8/11
When the beef is cooked enough, add chopped vegetables and stir-fry roughly.
STEP 9/11
Add rice. Put the cold rice in the refrigerator in the microwave
Too hot rice doesn't taste good.
STEP 10/11
Lastly, add bean sprouts and stir-fry until you're out of breath. Mix scrambled eggs or sprinkle over rice and serve. I personally prefer to spray on top. It makes you look much prettier.
STEP 11/11
I used it because I have beef at home, but it's delicious nasi goreng even if you make it with seafood such as shrimp and squid.
