STEP 1/9
It is 1.5kg of 1/2 cod that are trimmed and dried thickly with salt. Unfortunately, there's no intestines. Instead, I cut the head of Daegu in half left and right.

Pour 2 + 1/2 litres of boiled anchovies and kelp water into a pot and cut 4 slices of radish into bite-sized pieces.

Add 4 tablespoons of red pepper powder and boil it.

When the soup boils evenly, add cod.
STEP 5/9
I seasoned it with 2 tablespoons of anchovy sauce. The cod was seasoned with salt, so it was a little less seasoned.

1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1/2 of the white part of green onion are thick, so cut diagonally and boil.
STEP 7/9
Boil it so that the soup comes out evenly

Add 1/2 green onion, 2 green peppers, and 2 red peppers diagonally.
STEP 9/9
And lastly, add a handful of chopped water parsley and salt for the lack of seasoning. It's dried cod, so the cod meat is chewy
