Cut the cleanly trimmed conch into appropriate thicknesses.

Today's salad is made of sprouts. These days, there are many people who raise radish sprouts at home for their health. If you go to the mart, they sell it as much as you can eat once, so it's convenient to wash it, drain it, and use it.

Stir-fry vegetables for salad. I grilled it a little bit during the barbecue party, so it's really convenient!! It's just that. Even if you didn't grill it like me, the vegetables will cook quickly.. You don't need to cut mini-sashimi mushrooms and you don't need to cut them

And the dressing.. You can use the salad dressing on the market, but our farm office.. But I used it because there was lemon syrup made to drink lemon tea in the office. How to make lemonade dressing: Take out about 3 spoons of lemonade. Add a pinch of salt, please. Add a spoonful of olive oil. If lemon juice is a bit thick, add a bit of water and put it in a blender and shake it!

It tastes like Mediterranean salad~ The taste was fresh, soft, and yummy. It was so delicious. It's low in calories, so you don't have to worry about gaining weight.
