STEP 1/7
Dip the jujube in vinegar water for a while and wash it with a brush to remove moisture
STEP 2/7
Cut the ginger (40g) into pieces and take out the frozen ones, and separate the jujube (150g) from the seeds. There is no cinnamon, so 1g of cinnamon powder (optional)
STEP 3/7
Add the separated jujube seeds and 40g of pyeonsenggang (like cinnamon--;) 5 cups of water (200ml cups) and boil it over medium and low heat until it is about half way through, but filter out the vegetables
STEP 4/7
The separated jujube was ground by pouring 2 cups of water into a mixer and changing it, adding 50ml.
STEP 5/7
Pour the ground jujube into the filtered jujube ginger water and boil it for 10 to 20 minutes.
STEP 6/7
I like cinnamon, so I put 1g of cinnamon powder and a little bit of jujube ginger tea in it and boiled it for another time.
STEP 7/7
Lastly, add honey according to your preference.
