Making Yulmoo Tea
Try the commercial Yulmoo Tea with raw Yulmoo powder at home! After stir-frying Yulmu powder and adding milk and honey, it is really savory and sweet, and it is good for sugar filling. Especially, it tastes so good if you add warm milk on a cold day in winter.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Stir-fry raw radish powder in a pan with nothing on it
STEP 2/7
It's powder, so it's easy to burn, so stir-fry it while mixing it quickly. At first, I stir-fried it on high heat and then medium heat, but to hurry up and do it, I finished it quickly with high heat.
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry until the color is yellowish overall.
STEP 4/7
The stir-fried yulmu tea is hot, so let it cool well and add about 2 spoons of fried yulmu powder rice spoon in a suitable container. If you add roasted walnut powder and roasted almond powder, it becomes more savory like a commercial product.
STEP 5/7
Then add 1-2 pinch of salt and half a spoonful of honey or unrefined sugar.
STEP 6/7
Add about 30ml of milk or unsweetened soy milk. If you use sweetened soy milk, please reduce the amount of sugar.
STEP 7/7
Then add about 80ml of water. You can adjust the concentration according to your preference.
