Please prepare smoked salmon. I personally prefer shower cream, but.. I don't need to use a shower cream if I buy one... Using onion cream sauce...I don't think it's too bad. For your information, the cream sauce at the buffet is shower cream. You can buy it at a large supermarket

Smoked salmon goes well with radish and onion slices.. If you have a caper, you can make a better combination

Slice the onion thinly and soak it in cold water to remove the spicy taste.

Put radish sprouts and onion slices on top of smoked salmon and roll it...

A rice cake that looks good tastes better. The way to sprinkle the sauce is with scissors like in the picture.. Please cut it diagonally. If the exit is big, you can't make it pretty.. Cut it into small pieces, please.
