STEP 1/9
My friend's husband goes mountain climbing as a hobby, and sometimes he picks up a lot of these precious medicines. Last year, you gave me mistletoe as a gift. It's a Youngji mushroom that was washed and dried with natural Youngji mushroom.
STEP 2/9
Youngji mushroom looks like this.
STEP 3/9
5 pieces of dried youngji mushrooms and 5 jujube. Jujube neutralizes the bitter taste of Youngji mushrooms. You can put licorice instead of jujube. I used jujube because I thought most families would have more jujube than licorice. It's better to double the amount when using unrolled Youngji mushrooms.
STEP 4/9
Dip the jujube in cold water for about 5 minutes, remove any dirt or foreign substances between the jujube wrinkles, and rinse. Put it on a sieve
STEP 5/9
Prepare a liter of water first.
STEP 6/9
When boiling these teas, it is better to boil them in a heat-resistant glass pot or ceramic pot than in an iron pot. Add 1 liter of water, 5 pieces of Youngji mushroom, and 5 pieces of jujube and boil. When the water starts to boil, lower the heat over low heat and simmer for 30 minutes
STEP 7/9
Don't close the lid completely. It's low heat, so the water is boiling lightly, so there's enough Youngji mushroom ingredients
STEP 8/9
The water starts to boil and boils for a total of 30 minutes, and when it boils for about 20 minutes, add an additional cup of hot water (200ml) to make the Youngji mushroom more flavorful. It's not good to pour cold water. You can take out all the ingredients and complete them.
STEP 9/9
Youngji Mushroom Tea is complete. It has a sweet taste with jujube, so it's not too much to eat. Try making healthy Youngji mushroom tea.
