Tokyo Banana Custard Cream
I found a good recipe and made it and it was really delicious!! This recipe is Sommarie's recipe. "Fan ID" said that she studied a lot and made it. Really!! It's really the result of my efforts!! I strongly recommend it

  • potato starch
    10g
  • Banana
    100g
  • Sugar
    80g
  • Butter
    10g
  • Vanilla Extrack

Cooking Steps

Keep the milk warm
STEP 2/9
Add egg yolk and vanilla extract to sugar and mix Mix sugar as if the yolk is coated

Add warm milk and mix it
STEP 4/9
Sift the starch and mix it
STEP 5/9
Add the mashed banana and mix it
STEP 6/9
Strain it through a sieve
It doesn't work well I was so angry that I picked up a banana that looked like it was almost groundIt doesn't change the taste
