Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
After preparing the ingredients, soak the tteokbokki in lukewarm water when it is hard, or blanch it slightly and soak it in cold water to prepare soft and mix it with the rice cake seasoning.

Cut shiitake mushrooms into pieces, and cut paprika and carrots into bite-size pieces.

    It's so delicious. I like moist tteokbokki, so I boiled it like it was boiling with more water. I added a little more soy sauce when I seasoned the meat, so it was okay if I didn't add extra seasoning My kid can't eat spicy food yet. Thank you for the great recipe^^
