If you grind the potato completely, it will look like a mashed potato, so it's better to chop it finely.
When it cools, the cheese sticks to the parchment paper and is difficult to remove, so transfer it to a plate when it is warm.
The original ingredients are potatoes, broccoli, rick, onion, and cheese, but I added carrots. I think it would be good to use other vegetables.
The taste is quite similar to what you eat at IKEA restaurants.
If you like spicy taste, I think you can eat it with chili pepper or hot sauce.
