Swedish-style grilled vegetables (Grnsakska, IKEA)
When I go shopping at IKEA, I always eat. IKEA restaurant is famous for meatballs, but I eat salmon fillets. Grilled vegetables with salmon are delicious... The original name is Grnsakskaka. It is called Vegetable Medallion in English. I think I'll call it a vegetable meatball. LOL I looked at the ingredients inside and gathered the vegetables at home to make it. It's good for a simple breakfast, too. ^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Peel the potatoes and carrots, slice them into large pieces, boil them in a pot for about 10 minutes, and cook them half-cooked.
STEP 2/10
Chop the lightly cooked potatoes and carrots finely.
STEP 3/10
I ground the potatoes in a food processor.
You need to grind it into small pieces because you need to chew it.
STEP 4/10
Add salt to the broccoli boiling water, boil it for 3 to 4 minutes, and chop it.
STEP 5/10
Prepare ingredients to fit inside. I used leek frozen in the freezer and you can use onions and green onions.
STEP 6/10
I ground a big cup of Swiss cheese
STEP 7/10
Add potatoes, broccoli, carrots, rick, cheese, eggs and whipped cream to a large grout and season with salt and pepper and mix well.
STEP 8/10
The oven starts preheating to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
While preheating, place parchment paper in a baking pan and fill a 2.5-inch (about 6 centimeters) diameter mold with 1 inch thick vegetable mix and press flat.
STEP 9/10
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 10/10
It's all cooked golden. It's soft and delicious if you cool it down and transfer it to a plate and eat it when it's warm. It's good to pour ketchup or cream sauce on it.
If you grind the potato completely, it will look like a mashed potato, so it's better to chop it finely. When it cools, the cheese sticks to the parchment paper and is difficult to remove, so transfer it to a plate when it is warm. The original ingredients are potatoes, broccoli, rick, onion, and cheese, but I added carrots. I think it would be good to use other vegetables. The taste is quite similar to what you eat at IKEA restaurants. If you like spicy taste, I think you can eat it with chili pepper or hot sauce.
