There are times when I suddenly crave elementary school side dishes I suddenly wanted to eat this Vienna sausage side dish, so I made it right away^^

  • Carrot

  • Bok choy
    1/2ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Ketchup
    2T
  • tomato sauce
    1T
  • Oligosaccharide
    0.5T
Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients! Make a scratch on the sausage

Boil it in boiling water

Blanching the sausages in water before frying them is a process of removing the oil from the sausages themselves.
