STEP 1/12
Prepare potatoes, carrots, onions, and corn.

While the potatoes are boiling, chop the carrots into small pieces.
STEP 4/12
Chop the onions, too.
STEP 5/12
Place well-boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash with a fork.
STEP 6/12
Add corn, carrots and onions to mashed potatoes and mix well.
STEP 7/12

STEP 8/12
Make croquette into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 9/12
Prepare flour, egg water, and bread crumbs. If you have parsley powder at home, sprinkle it on bread crumbs and mix it well.
STEP 10/12
Garnish croquette dough in flour-egg water-bread flour order.
STEP 11/12
Grease a heated pan with plenty of cooking oil and fry.
STEP 12/12
Make sure it doesn't burn and bake the back side.
If you have ground beef at home, you can stir-fry it and add it. Dip the finished croquette in the sauce according to your preference.
