STEP 1/13
Cut beef, potatoes, and onions into bite-sized pieces.

Coat the beef with a thin layer of flour.

Put olive oil in a pot and stir-fry minced garlic.

Add the meat and cook

Cook while rolling on the outside until golden brown on the sides

Stir-fry 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, cayenne pepper, chili powder, paprika powder, and 2 pinch of salt.

Stir-fry the meat well so that it tastes good.
Be careful not to burn.

Drain kidney beans on a sieve.

Put potatoes and onions in the pot where the meat was being roasted and stir-fry them together.

It's delicious even if you add a little bit of dark beer or wine.

Add canned tomatoes (or peeled tomatoes) and stir-fry tomatoes, crushing them.

Add kidney beans, add water and simmer until all ingredients are soaked.

After boiling, reduce to medium heat, add oregano, chili flakes, and pepperoncino and simmer over medium heat for about an hour.
After completion, add salt to the seasoning.
It's good to eat the finished dish with sour cream and plain yogurt.
