STEP 1/7
Slice carrots thinly into half-moon shapes, and slice onions slightly thickly. Please cut the green onions and peppers diagonally.
STEP 2/7
For pork, it doesn't matter if it's the front leg or the back leg. If it's frozen, melt it well and leave it in the refrigerator.
STEP 3/7
First, make a sauce that can be called the flower of Jongwon Baek stir-fried spicy pork. Jongwon Baek Stir-fried Spicy Pork Sauce - Red pepper powder 2TS, red pepper paste 2TS, soy sauce 2TS, starch syrup 1~2TS (adjust your taste), minced garlic 1TS * If you leave it for 5~10 minutes, it's slightly aged, so it's more delicious because the seasoning goes well together.
STEP 4/7
I put a little bit of oil on the frying pan, about 1TS. When the frying pan is preheated, add the pork. Add 2TS of sugar, please. If you add sugar, the meat becomes lighter and the sauce gets cut better. At this time, I added cooking wine and soju that I added separately. Stir-fry the meat until it is half cooked.
STEP 5/7
Add the sauce and stir-fry slightly and then add the vegetables. After adding vegetables, they stir-fry it over high heat.
STEP 6/7
When the meat is half cooked, add the sauce. At first, I didn't pour all the sauce, but I poured it while checking the amount. First, pour about 2/3 of the water, then add the vegetables and pour the rest.
STEP 7/7
When the meat is cooked and the delicious stir-fried pork looks good, taste it... 1TS sesame oil, a little bit of sesame seeds and pepper to finish it off. A really delicious recipe!
* I'm sensitive to the smell of pork, so I added 2TS of soju and 1TS of cooking wine to the Jongwon Baek stir-fried pork sauce.
