  • a dried kelp

  • Cooking oil
    1cup
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1spoon
  • Sugar
    1/2spoon
  • Salt
    little
  • ground pepper
    little
  • Pork cutlet sauce
    little
  • MSG
    little
  • Water
    150ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
You don't have to add anchovy if you don't have it.
STEP 2/8
- Dip the anchovies in 150ml of kelp Add just a little (if not, it can be omitted), 1 spoonful of soy sauce, 1/2 spoonful of sugar, and a little bit of salt (just a little bit on the tip of the spoon) and boil.

- Then, add 3 spoons of kimchi and boil it
