Cut the fish cake into very small pieces. Mr. Baek minced the meat into the soft tofu sauce and put it in it, but my mom made the sauce with vegetables without meat to give it a cleaner taste. So I was thinking about putting meat in Mapa Tofu separately, but there was fish cake that was about to expire, so I put it in instead of meat.

Chop the onion into small pieces. There are onions in the sauce, but I also chopped onions to give it a fresh texture. This is how you prepare the ingredients.

It's a soft tofu sauce that I froze in the freezer. It has a lot of oil, so it doesn't freeze hard even if it's frozen in the freezer, so you can easily scoop it out whenever you need it.

Dissolve the soft tofu sauce in water and bring to a boil.

Add chopped onions and boil them together.

When it boils, add a little bit of soybean paste,

When fish cake tastes good, taste it, season it, add tofu, and adjust the concentration with starch water.
