Rice with squid
It's a squid over rice that's fried with green onion oil and makes you feel more appetizing. On top of stir-fried squid, a yellow half-cooked egg! If you put it on top, the joy of the taste doubles. It's a great spicy and savory dish.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Slice the unpeeled squid thinly. It's slippery because of the squid skin, so be careful with the knife.
STEP 2/15
Cut the vegetables for stir-fried squid into big pieces Green onions, carrots, onions, cabbages, cheongyang peppers, and red pepper vegetables should be stir-fried quickly so that they don't die, so it's better to prepare them beforehand.

Slice the green onions to make the green onion oil.
STEP 4/15
Add green onions before pan is heated. And add 3 spoons of cooking oil. (Based on 2 squid)

Stir-fry until scallion spreads gently in oil.

Add squid when green onions are golden brown. And stir-fry it well.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar + 1/2 of it. It is said that sweet ingredients with a large molecular structure should be added first to make it sweet.

Next, add 1 tablespoon of garlic.

Soy sauce contains 5 tablespoons of vegetables, so you need to think it's salty to season the vegetables.

3 tablespoons of red pepper powder and keep frying. If chili powder gets lumpy, don't put in vegetables right away

You can add about half a cup of water. Please adjust the amount of water. Add water, simmer slowly over low heat, and stir-fry until seasoning is cut.

Reduce heat to low and stir-fry vegetables and squid well.
