STEP 1/5
First, boil the dried vegetables for 30 minutes and leave them there for a day. Next morning, wash it under running water and boil it for about 30 minutes. And I leave it there for half a day. Then the chwinamul gets softer. This is the most important point when making dried chwinamul stir-fry!! You have to make it soft!!
STEP 3/5
Squeeze the water out of the chwinamul!! If it's too long, cut it with scissors. I didn't measure the amount of chwinamul, but.. When you squeeze the water with your hands, it comes out a big handful. Add chwinamul and stir-fry, then add a spoon of minced garlic and stir-fry together. Season it with soy sauce. I put in a spoonful of soy sauce. Add or subtract according to your taste.
STEP 4/5
Lastly, I added a spoon of perilla powder. If you add perilla seed powder, the savory taste doubles.
STEP 5/5
It's finally done!! Making stir-fried dried chwinamul is simple! I really like the taste and scent of chwinamul. It's really delicious if you add sesame oil to gochujang, stir-fried chwinamul, and bibimbap!!
