Ingredients
  • Sticky rice
  • sorghum
  • Red beans
  • Salt
  • Sugar
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
It's much more comfortable using glutinous rice powder and sorghum powder. It took some time to make sticky rice and sorghum and grind them in a mixer. The ratio is 1.5: sorghum 1. Add more glutinous rice to make it chewy.
STEP 2/8
Wash the red beans clean and boil. The first water is bitter because of the saponin of red beans, so throw it away and boil it again.
STEP 3/8
Grind glutinous rice and sorghum finely and put them down on a sieve. That way, the rice cake is soft and delicious.
STEP 4/8
Drain the boiled red beans and add salt and sugar to your taste. Never boil red beans and leave them alone. The red beans are soggy that they get tough.
STEP 5/8
For the powder, add warm water to the dough. Add a small amount of water and adjust the dough so that it doesn't get tough.
STEP 6/8
Please make the dumplings smaller in consideration of the red bean paste.
STEP 7/8
When the water boils, add the rice cake, and when it floats, drain and prepare.
STEP 8/8
If you put red bean paste on it, you're done with sorghum.
