[Overseas Cook.feeltong] 37. Tomato milk recipe
Actually, I was going to buy a small amount of tomatoes to make tomato curry, but the market grandmother asked me to take a bag of black bags for 4 balls (640 Korean won).. I had no choice but to carry a lot of tomatoes on my back. That's why I can't make a lot of curry and rice because I live alone.. I tried to make tomato milk by applying banana milk that I eat these days for breakfast.

Ingredients
  • Tomato
    3mass
  • Milk
    1pack
  • Honey
    2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Tomatoes are better cooked like this than raw ones.. Bolivia decided to peel off the skin and eat it so much that even the locals were advised not to eat it raw.
STEP 2/7
- After washing the tomatoes clean, cut them in a cross shape,
STEP 3/7
- Blanch in boiling water for about a minute.
I'm going to do tomato curry, so I just did it all at once. I think about three is appropriate for milk.
STEP 4/7
- When it's done, blow it and peel it off
STEP 5/7
- Cut it into small pieces
STEP 6/7
- Put a pack of 930ml of milk and two spoons of honey in a blender and grind them.
STEP 7/7
Then healthy tomato milk is done!!!!
You can add more honey (sugar replaceable) according to your preference.
