Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Blanch spinach in boiling water to prepare.

[Grilled mushrooms] Cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces and grill them in a frying pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to complete.

[Stir-fried chwinamul] Pour water on dried chwinamul and boil it until it is soft.

Cut it into bite-sized pieces, add soy sauce and garlic, and mix them together.

Stir-fry it with anchovy broth and add sesame salt and sesame oil to complete it.
