STEP 1/7
Make the sauce with 2T of soy sauce, 1T of sugar, and 1T of sesame oil.
STEP 2/7
Soak dried mushrooms in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes.
STEP 3/7
Soak enoki mushrooms in water, too. If you soak dried mushrooms in water, you can get a much chewy texture compared to raw mushrooms. Never throw away the water that has been soaked in mushrooms, freeze it in the freezer, and use it for soup or stew cooking later! It's a natural seasoning that's full of vitamins.
STEP 4/7
Roughly chop the onions, place them in a bowl with beef brisket and sprinkle with special sauce.
STEP 5/7
Next, add enoki mushrooms and mix them with your hands. Adjust the amount of sauce by feeling it with your fingertips. The top is so high in protein that it's called meat in the forest.
STEP 6/7
Place all prepared ingredients in a hot pan and stir-fry quickly.
STEP 7/7
The following is a repeat of the same process. Instead of enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms are added, and shiitake mushrooms with both hands are very effective, but I think it will be perfect to improve immunity that has fallen during the change of seasons these days. Put it in the pan and stir-fry it.
