STEP 1/8
When I made gamjatang last time, I defrosted the pork backbone broth
It's even better if you use commercial beef bone broth! ^^*
STEP 2/8
2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, 5 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of plum extract,
Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1ts of salted shrimp and make the sauce
STEP 3/8
The chives are about 10cm long
Cheongyang red pepper and red pepper
Chop up the green onions
I'm going to use that onion separately ^^
I like lungs, don't worry, and heartache
Especially lungs! I like liver, but it's too dry, so put in your favorite pork accessory!!
STEP 4/8
When the broth boils, add the pork chops and bring to a boil Add the sauce, too
*The amount of broth is full of pot~ I changed it to a stock pot
Boil the white and red separately ^^
Boil it together
STEP 5/8
And boil it for about 5 minutes
STEP 6/8
Add 1 tablespoon chili oil and 1 tablespoon thick salt
I added half of salt and half more
Honestly, it's best to season sundae soup with salted shrimp^^
When boiling, add chives, green onions, and peppers and bring to a boil!
STEP 7/8
Add the soondae when the soup is boiling, but put it in a little and turn off the heat right away!!!!
If you don't, the sundae will explode!!
*The white soup in the picture here is white because I boiled it separately. The red soup pot next to it ^^ I mixed it all with it..
STEP 8/8
Lastly, when serving in a bowl, add chives, peppers, chopped green onions, and 1 tablespoon of perilla powder!! (You don't have to add perilla powder because it's your preference!)
It's going to rain from this afternoon, so how about a bowl of spicy sundae soup? It's good for hangover and drinking soup, right? It reminds me of a glass of soju^^
*Make sure to turn off the light as soon as you put in the sundae
If you don't, your sundae will explode!!
