It's the first shrimp sauce I've ever made since I was born. It's called shrimp sauce because it's pickled in soy sauce like soy sauce marinated crab. I don't eat seafood, but I make it because my family likes it. lol

When the soy sauce cools down, pour it over the shrimp and leave it outside for 5-6 hours before storing it in the refrigerator.
