Spicy dish, stir-fried seafood udon
Lunch alone without children. Since there are no children, I made spicy and simple stir-fried seafood udon.. Even if you eat alone, let's eat a lot of nutritious food^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the vegetables into half the size of the pinky, and defrost the frozen seafood~
Cut the whole garlic into pieces
