Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash paprika clean, drain and cut into 4cm lengths.
Slice red cabbage, carrots, and perilla leaves.
After chopping the onions, soak them in cold water to get rid of the spiciness.
Wash radishes and sprout vegetables gently under running water and remove moisture.
Beat in eggs, thinly fry in a lightly greased pan, and chop into 4cm lengths.
Cut the pineapple into 3cm pieces and the chives into 4cm pieces.
Blanch the shrimp slightly in boiling water.
STEP 2/4
Place the trimmed ingredients in a large plate and prepare the sauce separately.
Prepare warm water in a large bowl.
Soak rice paper in warm water slightly and wrap with various vegetables and shrimp.
STEP 3/4

Soak the rice paper in warm water for 3 to 5 seconds, and when it feels a little stiff, hold one end with both hands and take it out.
Spread the rice paper on a flat bowl or cutting board and place the shrimp and vegetables properly in the spot of the spring rolls.
(If you add too much ingredients, it can tear easily.)
Cover the end of the spring roll as if wrapping the ingredients, fold both sides (left and right) inward and roll.
STEP 4/4
Dip Vietnamese spring rolls in sauce according to your preference.
