After preparing the ingredients, mix 1+ cup potato starch, cup sweet potato starch, and 4 cups water in a large bowl, then settle the starch for about 15 minutes, pour a little water, and stir to make a wet dough. Mix cup of glutinous rice flour and cup of starch in a bowl and prepare dry dough.

Soak tree ear mushrooms in water, wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet kitchen towel, and divide them into quarters. Slice pineapple and onion into bite-sized pieces, red pepper and green pepper, and shred ginger into thin slices. Grease a pot with plenty of oil, and when the temperature rises, coat the shiitake mushrooms with dry dough, coat them with wet dough, and fry them.

Put a little oil in a saucepan and stir-fry chopped green onions and garlic, then boil it with the sauce seasoning, onions, mushrooms, and ginger salad, excluding starch water. When the sauce boils, add pineapple at the end and thicken with a little starch water.

Heat the oil and fry the shiitake mushrooms one more time, remove the oil, put them on a plate, and sprinkle the sauce before eating.
