STEP 1/9
Add red pepper powder 1T, red pepper paste 1T, and cooking wine 3 and mix well to make sauce!
(Rather than mixing only red pepper paste and red pepper powder, it's good to mix it together with sweet cooking wine. I don't put in sugar separately
STEP 2/9
Pour 1 cup of raw cream and 1 cup of milk and chop 2 cheongyang peppers.
Then, add the sauce and mix it well to prepare the spicy cream sauce
STEP 3/9
Wash and drain the tteokbokki and prepare Vienna, too
Shred onions and cut a handful of broccoli into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/9
Grease a heated pan with olive oil, add 1T of minced garlic and shredded onions and stir-fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 5/9
Add tteokbokki rice cake and ham and stir-fry it for a minute
(To match both minced garlic and onions)
STEP 6/9
I'll pour the spicy carbonara sauce that I made
STEP 7/9
Bring to a simmer over high heat to mix well.
STEP 8/9
When it starts to boil, add chopped broccoli and reduce to medium heat.
In this case, boil the rice cake for 3-5 minutes until it is fully cooked.
STEP 9/9
When the rice cake is cooked, add 1 cheddar slice cheese and sprinkle salt and pepper
It's even softer with milk!
Cheongyang red pepper can be spicy, so you can skip it!
