Making braised mackerel pike

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
2 fish mackerel, radish, 1/4 onion, red.I'm preparing green cheongyang peppers and green onions.
STEP 2/10
Cut the saury in half, shred the onion thickly, and slice the radish thickly and squarely. Slice the green onions and peppers sideways.
STEP 3/10
Put the radish and onion in the pot for cooking first.

Raise the saury.

Mix 2 spoons of red pepper powder, 1 spoon of red pepper paste, 1 spoon of garlic minced, 1 spoon of oligosaccharide, 1 spoon of thick soy sauce, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and 2 spoons of water of crushed sesame seeds

Add just enough water to cover the radish and add the seasoning
STEP 7/10
When it starts boiling, add chili peppers
STEP 8/10
Boil over low heat. If the seasoning is a bit bland, season it with salt

When the soup is boiled down to a certain extent, add green onions at the end
