Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
When the cold wind begins to blow, one of the things that is filled without falling out of our food warehouse is beef bone soup. Tteokguk, kalguksu, budae jjigae, etc. are good to use. Today, I thought of sundae soup that I bought the day before yesterday, so I brought sundae that is sold at the supermarket.
STEP 2/11
Put the sundae in boiling water and boil it for about 15 minutes.
STEP 3/11
You can cut the plastic and cut it into bite-size pieces. It's better to cut it thin when you eat it with sundae, and to put it in sundae soup, it's a bit chubby, right?
STEP 4/11
I prepared soondae for the soup and packed green onions, cheongya peppers, garlic, red pepper powder, and pepper. Usually, they serve seasoned red-pepper sauce at a Sundae soup restaurant, but they make seasoned red-pepper sauce to eat a bowl at home, so I just add a little bit of red pepper powder.
STEP 5/11
Put the beef bone soup in an earthen pot. It's a bag of this, but it's seasoned, so it's okay to make two bowls with additional water.
STEP 6/11
Add all the prepared ingredients and salted shrimp. Salted shrimp helps digestion and catches the smell of pigs. You can think of it as seasoning with salted shrimp, not salt. You can add a little because there is seasoning in the beef broth.
STEP 7/11
Boiling! It's okay~~ They're all cooked. Just a spoonful of them
STEP 8/11
A bowl of rice and radish kimchi are all I need. Usually, they give kkakdugi, but I only have young radish kimchi at home...
STEP 9/11
It looks pretty good, right? It's delicious even if you add chives or perilla powder to this.
STEP 10/11
I'll put hot rice here
STEP 11/11
There's nothing to envy in the world that I ate with a piece of sundae. It rained a little in the morning, so I thought my body was heavy, but I feel better after drinking hot soup. I think it's good for morning hangover.

I boiled the frozen sundae for 15 minutes for lunch today and then swept it off, but it didn't look nice because the sundae was all untied, but the taste was really. Did you have to cool the sundae after boiling it? Please help me if anyone knows the solution.

It was burnt out when I put it in the frozen sundae soup, but it tasted good even though it didn't look good. I used instant gomtangmyeon, sliced thin chives (I don't know the name) and sesame leaves, and added a spoon of perilla powder. >_<
