STEP 1/8
Wash the lemon with a thick salt, dissolve the baking soda in water, and then wash again.
STEP 2/8
Parboil it in boiling water and quickly soak it in cold water and wash it. Drain completely.
STEP 3/8
Slice thinly and remove lemon seeds.
STEP 4/8
It's a fresh ginger with a pretty white skin.
Isn't it pretty? Wash fresh ginger clean, peel and slice thinly.
STEP 5/8
In a bowl, add lemon + fresh ginger, add equivalent sugar (excluding sugar to top of hot sterilized glass bottles) and mix evenly.
STEP 6/8
Put it in a hot sterilized glass bottle, place the remaining sugar on top, and close the lid. Leave the sugar at room temperature until it melts and store it in the refrigerator when it melts completely.
STEP 7/8
When I took it out yesterday, the fresh ginger and lemon blend well, so it has a color, but the scent is really good.
STEP 8/8
Lemon ginger tea, which you can enjoy by pouring warm water, is also good for colds. I think it's a perfect car for in-between seasons like now
---> Soak baking soda in the water for about 10 minutes and wash it
---> You can chop the fresh ginger to your liking.
