Spicy and sweet chicken tteokbokki
Before I got married, I often made tteokbokki at home with my friend. But I like meat more than rice cakes, so I started putting in a chicken one day. I put in a lot of meat, and I think chicken suits me the best. It is a good menu to enjoy, such as strong nutritional snacks, side dishes that are easily passed over by alcohol, and side dishes with rice thief.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Put the chicken washed in cold water in milk for a while. Remove the smell and soften the meat.
STEP 2/9
In the meantime, cut the vegetables. It's convenient to prepare various kinds of noodles in advance.

Blanch the chicken in boiling water once. You can make it taste clean.
STEP 4/9
Make seasoning while blanching chicken. 2T of red pepper paste, 2T of soy sauce, 1T of red pepper powder, 3T of oligosaccharide, 1T of minced garlic, and 1T of cooking wine.

Add the prepared vegetables, seasonings, and 2 cups of water (400ml) and bring to a boil.

Add chicken, too. When tteokbokki is the main character, it's like chicken is just eating it
STEP 7/9
When the chicken is done, add rice cake and boil it down over medium heat.
STEP 8/9
When the color of the rice cake turns finely, add the desired side dish. I added boiled eggs and boiled jjolmyeon.
STEP 9/9
It's delicious even if you put cheese on it. Cover it and leave it on low heat for a while to melt to eat.
It's delicious even if you stir-fry rice with the remaining seasoning :)
